Sands Auto Group makes every effort to resolve customer issues. Sands Ford of Red Hill inspected this customer’s vehicle prior to and after the sale and determined that the clutch overheated and flywheel was warped as the result of driving behavior that we deemed beyond normal. This was further evidenced by 3/32 having been worn off of the rear tires in just 3 weeks of ownership. Even so, we offered a 20% discount on the proposed repairs. We regret that the customer’s vehicle is in need of repair, but also feel justified that the repairs were needed due to abnormal driving behavior.
