My car was serviced at the Van Ness office. Raymund Lee was the person who first greeted me, reviewed what was needed to be done for the day. I was there for a 55000 mile check, but there was a discrepanc was the person who first greeted me, reviewed what was needed to be done for the day. We proceeded to have a 60000 mile check. I was to return at 2:00pm for my car. Around 11:00am, I got a call from Mr. Lee advising me that my rear shock absorbers were leaking hydraulic fluid. This was promptly replaced and my car was ready at 2:00pm. Again, I was greeted by Mr. Lee and he assured me that all was in fine working condition. Thank you, Mr. Raymund Lee!!! More

I don't really like dealing with Sales People so my husband went to SF Toyota to negotiate the purchase of a used Sienna. I was pleasantly surprised when we went to pick up the car. Victor provided excellent customer service and follow-up. He isn't overly "salesy" and does his best to address concerns/issues with a sense of urgency. There was a plastic, decorative piece missing from the steering wheel and since the shop was closed on Sunday he promised to follow-up on Monday to see if they were able to identify a replacement. We still took the car home so I was a little nervous that he wouldn't follow through. However, he called the next day and we scheduled an appointment to get it installed.
