I like the fact I was able to do a lot of the questions and the final negations thru e mail. Sabrina came to my home with a 4x4 just like I was buying to make sure it would fit into my garage height wise. Once I got the truck it was filled with gas. Sabrina took the time to go over all the features of the truck even thou it was passed her working hours. She has followed up with e mails since and has checked in to make sure everything was going fine and To make sure if I had any questions they would be answered. This is my second truck from San Francisco Toyota and it will not be the last. Over all I had a great experience. More
