After a long month of trying to land on a car I finally decided to checking into Sam Swope's used car inventory since I was told so many great things about their used car inventory by Johnathan Graves. He is actually a deal for Sam swope BMW however, he was right about looking in to the Sam Swope family. He not only help in find out more about the car in less than 24 hours he helped to guide me to the location that my Ford Focus was at. Once I called to check into the car on my own, after talking with Mr. Graves, I quickly set up a time that I was able to come in for a test drive with Paul Miller. At this point I did not know anything about Mr. Miller or Sam Swope and decided to go into the car buying process with my guard up as I have had problems buy cars in the past. I was shocked when I met Mr. Miller. He was so out going and friendly when it came to better understanding the car that I was buying. If he did not know that answer off the top of his head he was quick to find the answer for me as well as showing me what we were talking about on the car itself. I didn't think that I was going to buy the car right there that day but, in fact I did! If it had not been for Mr. Graves stoping by to make sure that I was confrontable in my dession process and how well Mr. Niller and him worked together (even being from two different lots) I would not have signed off on the paperwork that day. I am happy so far with my Ford Focus SES and I have Paul Miller to thank for that. He work with me for almost seven hours to make sure that I have happy and content with the dession I was making in buying this car. I know I will be tell my friends, family and customers to visit Sam Swope and to ask for Paul the next time they are looking for a car because I know Paul will mak their experiense just as amazing as mine own. Also I want it known that I even talked to Paul today about a car key for my Focus. It is nice to know that even after a sale I was not just another number to him but someone that he truly valued as a customer so much that he is still willing to help me with any car issues that I may have come up after the fact! I hope Sam Swope knows how great Paul and Johnathan are as a asset to their family name. More

The salesman we had was wonderful up to the end. When we went to sign the papers the salesman paper said one price and the loan officers said another. I don't appreciate the deception that the finance department did to us. They extended our loan to 66months 5 min. after our salesman said it was 60 months. I recommend the dealership on the basis for the Buyer Beware of last minute changes. Why I gave our salesman high marks was because he was respectful and honest with us up to the closing. I was not looking forward to this whole car buying process because quite honestly, car salemen tend to scare and intimidate me. DAWNTAY PORTER was excellent. He was patient through my 4 days of test process because quite honestly, car salemen tend to scare and intimidate me. DAWNTAY PORTER was excellent. He was patient through my 4 days of test driving many many many cars (some even at other lots) and worked around my schedule. He even came in on his off day. He was friendly to my children and even remembered all thier names after only one day. He made them feel just as important through this process as I did. We test drove cars and he never pressured me with numbers and finance just told me about the pros and the cons of each car. Because he was honest about the cons I felt I could trust him and I looked forward to working with him each day. When we did get to the finance part I told him what I was willing to do and he and JEFF LENA made it happen. I thought i was being super pro active by finding my own financing before I looked for cars but Jeff found me a rate substancially better (more than 3%) than my own credit union!! I thought I was going to have to go into a tug of war negotiating battle with them to get to a happy median we could all agree on, but I didn't. I don't know how they pulled it off (or how they dealt with me lol) but they pulled it off with the first offer to me and I didn't have any complaints. None. I ended up paying less monthly than for a brand new car (that I absolutely love) than I did for my old car! I could not have asked for a better total experience. I was skeptical from the begining but they made this important buy a dream come true! More

You want to know why, well it's because I was told it would be 24hrs to do the recall notice. It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my vehicle back.
