I cannot give enough praise to my salesman, Will Harris. He definitely goes the "extra mile" to make a customer satisfied and happy which makes for a returning customer. Will Harris is one of the most professional and caring car salesman I have ever met or even heard of in my life. The only customer that you know has a chance to return is a happy one and in my opinion, Will is one of the few at this Mitsubitshi dealership that geniunely cares to make every customer happy. I am very good at spotting "fake" people and there are many of those and Will is not one of them. The manager, Lisa, is very sweet but, may need to work on being more attentive to people and empathetic - meaning "putting herself in someone else's shoes". On the exterior she seems to care but I am really not convinced that she does. More
