It is truly the worst customer service I have ever received from ANY business. The endless problems with our 2023 Wagonner and the complete lack of contact from the service department are appalling. Weeks go by without any proactive communication, and the only way to get any information about your vehicle is if you chase them down. It feels like they couldn’t care less about their customers or the issues they’re supposed to be resolving. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. You can expect your vehicle to disappear for weeks at a time, and no one will bother to tell you what's going on or when you'll get it back. The lack of accountability is staggering, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Every interaction feels like pulling teeth, and each time you’re left wondering why it’s so difficult for a service department to function at even the most basic level. If they want to salvage any part of their business, they need to clean house. Fire everyone and start over with a team that actually knows how to communicate, manage repairs, and provide even a shred of decent customer service. Until then, avoid this company and their vehicles at all costs. More
