RUN from this place ! !! Go anywhere else but here. AWEFUL customer service if you can even call it that !!! They NEVER answer the telephone and NEVER return a message EVER !! Worst of all, they don't know how to tell the truth. That is the only thing that they seem to be good at, lying. WORST experience ever !!! Additionally, the manager "Allie" is an arrogant jerk who has a smart mouth. It's no wonder he was walking around with a neck brace on, it's because he probably ticked off the wrong customer. Also, if you happen to have a third party warranty, you might as well not consider this place at all because you will be treated worse than a regular customer. I wish I could give a separate rating for the tech who actually did the work because he did a good job but unfortunately that's not possible and he get's lumped in with these other incompetent, lying, obnoxious and deceiving people. RUN, RUN fast and far from this inferior, abominable service department !!! More
