I will also be passing this on directly to Rich Hoffman, Fixed Operations Director for this dealership. In March of 2023, our secondary battery was replaced - the one that runs the 'Electronic Stop Start (E Fixed Operations Director for this dealership. In March of 2023, our secondary battery was replaced - the one that runs the 'Electronic Stop Start (ESS) - by service department at this dealership. At that time, we were told to regularly start the car. Less than 4 months later the ESS system has failed again. On 7/17/23 I brought the car in for service. I called for three consecutive days – each day I was told I would be called back with an updated status by end of day. On the fourth day, I had to take time off from work to go back to the Sales Dept. to find out why no one had called me back in the three days the car was in the shop for service. Service replaced the secondary battery, but their answer was we did not drive it enough (note they could not say how much was 'enough') in those four months. Our primary (main) battery is perfectly fine. We started the car at least every other day – and drove it periodically during this timeframe. Also, Service did not explain why the alternator, which should be charging the batteries, was not properly charging the secondary battery. We bought this car at this dealer and have used only this dealer for all service, including routine maintenance. Again, I have a deep concern about the lack of customer service in not keeping us informed. I also believe their service department has not fully diagnosed our problem both times: during the March 2023 service and the July 2023 service, so that the secondary battery will not fail again. I would appreciate your office reaching out to other dealerships/repair shops, districts, headquarters, etc. to further investigate this ESS - battery failure. We will be doing so as well. More

I went in to get my headlight swapped out and my axillary battery replaced. I had gottwn my battery swapped from them over less than a year ago, but they didnt have any record of it. For reasons out of their control my vehicle could no service team @ their maintenance department. they kept me informed of the progress of the job. For reasons out of their control my vehicle could not be ready at the end of the day, they call me and made arrangements for me to have a rental car until my vehicle was ready.
