Terrible experience w service and communication. Jeep had death wobble. No loaners although promised, no parts, and they made me call jeep to get a rental. Jeep and Service and Jeep Corp lacked comm Jeep had death wobble. No loaners although promised, no parts, and they made me call jeep to get a rental. Jeep and Service and Jeep Corp lacked communication. My part finally came in then disappeared so had to wait for a second part. About 3 weeks to get fixed: When I first spoke to service about loaner, they said even though sales promised u that when u purchased, we are service and sales and Service are different. I said you are both Jeep right? Service did not understand this concept of representing a company. Then service said loaners are usually ‘reserved in advance’ . What does that mean? People know their car is going to break down in advance? It was mind boggling experience, and prob will not buy Jeep again. More

Service was great, but getting an appointment was painful. Had to leave a voicemail and got a call back from a number that was not recognized. Luckily I picked up, which is unusual these days since painful. Had to leave a voicemail and got a call back from a number that was not recognized. Luckily I picked up, which is unusual these days since 95% of calls I received are scam calls. You really need a reliable way to schedule service online. All the emails I get indicate there is but Salerno does not. More
