Purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep wrangler from Salerno Duane in June 2023. Dropped it off to SD on 27Dec for leaking coolant and SD said they needed to order a part and it was safe to drive. Overheated on Duane in June 2023. Dropped it off to SD on 27Dec for leaking coolant and SD said they needed to order a part and it was safe to drive. Overheated on 15Jan. SD refuses to provide loaners so have to rent a car. Picked up on 30Jan. Leaked again and dropped off on 20May. Picked up on 31May. Texted SD Service videos of loud compressor noise on 26Jun, no reply. Called on 28Jun, no call back. Overheated again on 30Jun. They are terrible at responsiveness or providing status updates. More

We made appt in April for recall to be fixed. They had 6 weeks -They knew make and model of car but still did not have the part in stock. So now we need to go back for a second service appt.
