We made appt in April for recall to be fixed. They had 6 weeks -They knew make and model of car but still did not have the part in stock. So now we need to go back for a second service appt. Ordered a new switch for drivers side window control June 1, 2023. Checked back twice during the summer to see if the part was in. Followed up 1 year later for an oil change, only to find out the part was in their parts department since October 2023! Never received a call that my part was in. Had to follow up and assumed I was ordering a new part in May 2024, only to find out the part has been there since October! Terrible communication with the customer! More
