I have tried to get 2 safety items repaired, one was a recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane has not been ethical enough to complete either repair after scheduling with them multiple times. There is always an excuse why it can't be done. More

Sorry to give such a poor review, but we purchased a service contract with the vehicle and the service department told us the 15,000 mileage service was NOT included in said contract. We were forced to service contract with the vehicle and the service department told us the 15,000 mileage service was NOT included in said contract. We were forced to pay for the service and told to speak to the dealer representative about the terms of the contract. We have called and left three (yes three) messages and have not received a return phone call. We had issues when we purchased this vehicle and now we are having problems with the dealership’s service department honoring our contract. This was the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Salerno Duane in Summit. It will be the last. More
