I receive emails prompting me to schedule a service when in fact I recently completed a service - no connection between your email promos and what your customers actually schedule (and spend) for service. It’s also impossible to schedule a service appointment online. There are no custom fields to explain what your car’s issues are. The service department is also booked out for so many weeks I can’t imagine how people would be able to get their car serviced by you in a timely fashion when they have a serious issue. I have never once received a coupon over email that I can actually use, despite spending thousands of dollars with SD on service over the years. In summary, you have great people working there and the quality of service I receive is great but your CRM software is antiquated and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s negatively impacting your business. I can’t sing higher praises to a Service team, and I have been to many as a loyal Jeep owner for years. I had an emergent situation with my Jeep happen this week while working out of state, and the team took been to many as a loyal Jeep owner for years. I had an emergent situation with my Jeep happen this week while working out of state, and the team took me in and treated me with the utmost of care and concern. I did not know the team nor did the team know me, but they worked swiftly to help a stranger in need. Throughout my stay I saw some tough clients come in with some pretty high demands. The team remained the utmost of professional and courteous, offering numerous solutions. It was everyone from the front end staff to the mechanics themselves who worked to be so solutions oriented in my case and in the case of others. Too many times you hear the opposite of that- of teams falling apart or cracking under pressure. Not this team. Harvard Business Review should do a case study on this team. Leadership- please do whatever you can to motivate, inspire, and preserve this team. They have nerves of steel and hearts of gold- an extremely rare combination of IQ and EQ as well as talent these days. Bravo and Brava!! More
