I contacted Mr RJ Lindsay by email about an internet special on a new vehicle I had seen. He replied promptly and answered my questions. We test drove a Civic and found it to be everything that I had expected. I should mention that I had purchased a car here about 19 years ago. I remembered the excellent approach they had to their customers. I found that this had not changed. I decided on one of the options suggested by RJ, which happened to be a used car. The whole purchase process was handled professionally and without the usual stress found at other dealerships. I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from Richard Lindsay last year and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I usually dread walking around a lot because I know I will be bombarded by dealers year and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I usually dread walking around a lot because I know I will be bombarded by dealers looking to force me into a sale. My experience at this dealership was completely different. Richard walked up and was very friendly and asked me what I was interested in. They did not have the exact model I was looking for at that time, but we took the similar one for a test drive. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me the time I needed to think it over. When I decided to purchase the car, Richard offered to have the leather and heated seats installed for me since they did not have the EX_L model on the lot. The price I paid was more than fair and better than I had expected. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I will certainly refer friends and family to him in the future! More

Richard was amazing at listening to what I wanted and then setting up test drives in the cars that were not only what I was looking for but were also able to fit into my budget. I wasn't even looking for a Honda but once I got into the Accord I knew it was the car for me. It had so many more perks that what I was used to! Filling out the paperwork was easier than I expected and everything was explained as we went. Before I knew it I was driving away in a beautiful moroccan red pearl Honda Accord. I couldn't have been happier with the experience! More

Bought Service Contract. Process was simple, efficient and without sales pressure. My local dealer is Nardy Honda in Suffolk County, NY. Nardy's financial rep advised me that A Honda Care contract was n and without sales pressure. My local dealer is Nardy Honda in Suffolk County, NY. Nardy's financial rep advised me that A Honda Care contract was not available for autos with mileage over 6,000 miles. I politely insisted repeatedly to make sure since I insisted it was available. Eventually, I prevailed. Then the rep added $400 to the contract price. I complained to her manager to no avail. Manager to not even care that I bought 3 Hondas from Nardy Honda. So I left and searched on google. I found your web site. You guys are great. My next Honda purchase will find me driving long distance to Saccucci Honda. Why? Because you are NOT GREEDY like most other Honda Dealerships. American Honda should thank you instead of making you take them to court. Shame on Honda. More
