Gardiner called me back about 4-5 hours later, but unfortunately, I was out shopping and he was not going to be at work for much longer. As a result, he let me know that I could call him again Monday after 8am PDT. Monday comes around, and I called him again with all my information ready this time. Although he had a bit of difficulty finding my previous quote in the beginning, when I gave him my email address, he found the quote and we completed the purchase in less than 5 minutes.
