My reason for this visit to Saccucci was because I had been in an accident in my 2011 Honda Accord. When I called to arrange service I spoke with Michaela who was beyond helpful and friendly. I was able been in an accident in my 2011 Honda Accord. When I called to arrange service I spoke with Michaela who was beyond helpful and friendly. I was able to drop off my car immediately and was assisted in arranging for a rental car. I was a little nervous because I did not have rental coverage under my car insurance and thought that I could potentially be without my car for a couple of weeks. I also initially ran into an issue with my insurance adjuster in that we thought they wouldn't be able to get out to see the car for an additional 7 days. Michaela ended up calling me a few days later to say that their loaner car had been returned and that I was welcome to use it until my car was ready. This was a major relief on my part in terms of no longer having to worry about the cost of the rental. My car ended up taking only a week to repair (from the time the adjuster was out to see it) and I was able to pick it up today. The car looks brand new and is if nothing at all ever happened to it. I cannot say thank you enough to Michaela and Saccucci for making a very stressful event into a pleasant experience. Going forward, I will be having my car serviced with them and would refer them in a heartbeat!! More

In my pursuit of a new car I decided I wanted to try a Honda which I had not previously ever owned. I consulted with a close friend who has always driven Hondas and she referred me to Saccucci. Right from the initial introduction with our salesman, Gary, I had a good feeling. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in what car I was looking for. When Manager, Mike came over to meet us he too seemed eager to assist us in finding a vehicle. Once a model was chosen Mike worked with us on securing a fair price including that of a late model trade in deal. There was no pressure at all to finalize a deal. We liked the offer and decided to make the purchase. At this point we met with Kelly, the finance person who explained extended warranties and benefits again with no pressure. She really knew her stuff and answered all the questions we had. We purchased the warranty. Finally, Mike showed us a new protection spray for interior and exterior use and the time saving maintenance benefits. We liked his explanation so much we bought that too. I picked up my car right on time the next day, and I love it. Making a large purchase like buying a new car can be very stressful, but I must say it was a very pleasant experience.I am very happy we went to Saccucci Honda and I would absolutely recommend the dealership to other friends and Family members. More
