Musick Joe was great. We had checked out several other car lots. I was looking for a Pacifica. The first one wouldn't qualify us for a Pacifica and had Joe was great. We had checked out several other car lots. I was looking for a Pacifica. The first one wouldn't qualify us for a Pacifica and had payments of $700. And kept pressuring us to buy that night. The second lot had a great loan rate of 5.1%. Unfortunately. They had no Pacifica on their lot. Then we went to Joe's branch. He let us drive a Pacifica over the weekend to see how we liked it. We went back to the branch on Monday and purchased the car with a 5.9% interest rate. That was the Monday before Thanksgiving. When I contacted Joe about an issue about the acceleration, Joe got it in right away. And,gave us a loaner. We had an issue with the sliding door and Joe gave us a loaner for almost a week until the dealership got a chance to look at it. This is unheard of these days. There was no pressure to buy. Joe wanted to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. I would come back again when I need to replace another vehicle. More
