Everything We Expected, And Then Some! We needed a new van, but the returns here in SW MI hadn't been terribly encouraging. After three weeks of test driving high mileage cars in our price We needed a new van, but the returns here in SW MI hadn't been terribly encouraging. After three weeks of test driving high mileage cars in our price range, with zero results, a friend recommended Concord to us, because he'd known people who'd had good results there. We agreed to give it a shot. After our first visit, we quickly realized that we weren't going anywhere else. With Terry's help, we were quickly able to zero in on four Dodge Caravan models, in our price range, with the year and/or features that we desired. Within an hour, we'd settled on the one we were ready to drive home. We could easily have tried as many makes and models as we wanted: Concord offers a significantly higher range of choices, depending on what you're looking for. Terry guided us through the process with efficiency, helping us narrow it down to "the one". He's friendly and knowledgeable, and we couldn't have asked for a better salesperson in this situation. Best of all, Concord offered us a three-year warranty, which we took. Nobody on our side of the state line even brought it up, which proved the icing on the cake, if you like. The final take home price also proved $2-5K lower than it would have been in MI, which is no small consideration when you factor in the other factors (like tax). All in all, Concord has you covered, which is what you want in looking for a car. We had a great experience here, and would happily return. More
