Not going to go into all the past service issues i have had with this dealership, because there are too many. My power transfer unit leaked about a year and a half ago, was repaired at this dealer and had with this dealership, because there are too many. My power transfer unit leaked about a year and a half ago, was repaired at this dealer and is now leaking again. I called for an emergency appointment to assess and fix the leak and I was told there was a 1 to 2 month wait by the service manager (of all people). They had a complete disregard for the emergency and had no flexibility on scheduling an appointment for this issue that was not corrected by their dealership properly 1.5 years ago. I am sympathetic to staffing issues that are going on right now however this is a recurring issue with my vehicle (and service dept) so it should’ve been handled better. I am officially done with the service department at this dealership I suggest everyone else does the same. More
