Dear Mr. Jasmn Bral, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are truly sorry we could not repair your vehicle given the terms you offered - ISSUE RESOLVED, OR DON'T CHARGE ME. We were upfront with you about our one-hour diagnostic charge for the technician to review your concern, and you agreed. Looking at a check engine light on a 2013 Ford Fusion with 197,000 miles and coming up with a fix in under an hour is not an easy feat for even the most skilled technician, and we explained that, but here we are. We are sad to read you are never coming back, but we understand and hope you can find that service center that meets your specific requirements. Respectfully, Eric Pagan General Manager Rye Ford

Hi Eric, Please ask Jose before messaging the details which were not told to me. All your sales associates say is “$165 charge and guarantee issue will be found and then we can decide if we want to get it fixed or not”. I even proved it when I came to get the car, the same guarantee thing was being said by one of your sales associate to another customer on phone which I pointed out right there and then. If I was told about the 1hr policy with no guarantees then It would have been no issues. Please train your associates better so that they don’t lies to customers. And don’t give me the 197K mile thing, it’s funny ford is such a lame company that they themselves can’t find issues in their own cars. Maybe I should take my car to a German make service station and I am sure they will be able to find issue in my car. Beers on me - How about you buy beers to all your employees from the $165 you took from me by providing zero service. Very disappointed customer
