I have had very good experiences at Rye Ford and have purchased several cars there. I have had most of my service there as well. In October 2021, an error code appeared which said there was a “transmis purchased several cars there. I have had most of my service there as well. In October 2021, an error code appeared which said there was a “transmission error and to service now”.I called the service department at Rye Ford on October 21 and after several calls was finally given an appointment on November 19. After that appointment I was told that they needed another appointment for further diagnostics. In December the transmission work was done but it was difficult to get a loaner vehicle, This work was all done under the warranty, Everything seems to be running fine. Let’s hope so! More
