Dear Angelo Forta, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are truly sorry we could not repair your 2013 Ford Focus the first time you brought it to us on 10/26/2021. On that date, you told us the brake light came on twice and has been off since. We checked the system and found no issues and did not charge you. You came back again over two months later, on 1/17/2022, with a brake light out, which we replaced. If that makes us "the worst!!!!!!" we disagree but respect your opinion. We will remove you from our customer list and wish you all the best in finding a repair facility to handle your vehicle needs. Respectfully, Eric Pagan General Manager
