Mr. Matthew Carroll, Thank you for the candid feedback on your experience with my staff at Rye Ford. I sincerely apologize for the level of service you received. The two recalls you referenced in your review are Customer Satisfaction Extensions (21N08 and 21N03) from Ford, not recalls. These extensions are meant to cover a consumer if the vehicle develops an undesirable engine noise or rattle when starting - 21N03 or engine shudder after receiving the PCM update 21B10. These are both customer satisfaction programs and can only be done if a customer experiences the conditions described. The extended warranty you purchased covers parts and labor of any covered part and rental coverage for COVERED REPAIRS under your contract. Thank you again for your business.
