A week after I took delivery of my brand new Expedition I discovered a scratched panel on the door area. I took it over to Rye Ford and when I showed it to Sebastian he said, "no problem we'll order the part discovered a scratched panel on the door area. Mike S asked me to make an appointment w the service dept to have them install the new part. Service gave my an appointment on MY SCHEDULE! brought the car in 3 days later...service reps were knowledgeable of my issue and I had the car in and out in 1/2 hour! Wonderful......and no charge:) More
