Doug Poelman was my salesman, and this was my first experience with this dealership. Doug worked tirelessly to find the car that best fit my wants and needs, besides being VERY nice and patient. He experience with this dealership. Doug worked tirelessly to find the car that best fit my wants and needs, besides being VERY nice and patient. He pointed out the advantages of the Accord without being overbearing or pushy. He even gave me a gadget to position the seat belt so that it wouldn't irritate my neck. I was happy, and even pleasantly surprised, with Doug's attitude and helpfulness and his willingness to go the extra mile to be sure I would be happy with my purchase. More

To date, I have purchaced 4 Honda vehicles from Rusty Wallace Honda. I have sent countless friends to them. I do this because in 2005, I had to find a vehicle due to an accident. After getting the old "r Wallace Honda. I have sent countless friends to them. I do this because in 2005, I had to find a vehicle due to an accident. After getting the old "run-a-round" from the dealers over on Clinton Hwy., I decided to check out a Honda. This was the best choice I could have ever made. Rusty Wallace Honda advertises "A friend for life", but the truth is, they make you feel like family. Every person I send, I tell them to talk to Dave Fergerson. Dave is by far the best, and most honest, car salesman that I have ever met! I know is sounds strange, but Dave will "shoot-straight" with you and if you find a problem with something, he will work to make it right. When service time comes around, I call Dave or General Manager, Chad Campbell. They check with service to see when the best available time will be for me to bring our vehicle in for service. If I am busy, they offer a loaner vehicle. If I am waiting for service at the dealership, they make you feel comfortable and offer you something to drink or a snack. I have never seen a customer ignored at Rusty Wallace Honda. If youare just browsing, they will walk wth you to answer any questions you may have. Ifthey don't have what you are looking for, you can give them your information and description of what you want and they will do the work for you! How easy is that? I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new Honda, or a used vehicle, you check out Rusty Wallace Honda, and ask for Dave Fergerson. Heck, if you want, tell him I sent you! More

He showed me a car that when I saw it I knew I had to have it. Doug was sure to share and educate me on all the safety ratings and details with me that I was concerned about. My first car that was handed down from my parents to me was a Honda also and I will never go with another car. Thanks Doug for helping me pick a safe and classy car that met all of my needs and wants. I highly recommend Doug!! More
Friendly, helpful sales staff. Good selection of Honda Accord cars - we wanted to compare colors and features. Bottomline: they gave us a fair price and close to our home. Accord cars - we wanted to compare colors and features. Bottomline: they gave us a fair price and close to our home. More

People generally are more apt to complain on a review site than commend. It's sad. I love this dealership. I love the sales folks, the service staff, and the prices. The prices are very fair, and the site than commend. It's sad. I love this dealership. I love the sales folks, the service staff, and the prices. The prices are very fair, and they also managed to get me top dollar for my trade-in, which made the price even better. I've worked with a couple different sales folk, all very accommodating - showed me things in my price range with the options that were a "must have" for me and let me test drive every vehicle I wanted without a complaint (in fact, with a smile and good conversation). No pressure, nothing rushed, and they even stayed after hours once I made my final decision (yes, I'm one of "those" picky people that wants to make sure everything is JUST RIGHT before making a commitment). The first experience I had with them was with service. After buying a used Honda from another dealer, I took it to them for service. I was completely and totally blown away by the service department. They were the most helpful and accommodating service center I had ever been to (I'm a widow with a 2 year old, so people making things a little easier goes a long way with me). They made my appointments for times that were convenient for me, had what I needed in stock or ready by my appointment, and have either provided a loaner vehicle or entertained my daughter to the extreme while I've had to wait. The "drive feel" after getting it back was like being in a new vehicle each time - everything just worked. If they saw something that was a problem, I'd ask them to show me - the service technician would explain to me what was going on showing what on my van was a problem or soon-to-be problem (I'm not an idiot when it comes to cars, but I can pretend to be when it suits me). Every single person in the company has been nothing but friendly, helpful and over-accommodating. The service prices they charge are VERY fair for dealer standards and not once have I felt they tried to sell me any sort of service that wasn't needed (or soon to be needed). Because of the incredible experiences I had with service before my van got plowed, when I needed a new vehicle, I turned to them. The sales staff was amazing. I was a pain, but they were stellar and I actually enjoyed the whole buying experience. They let me take my time, discussed prices, other possible vehicles that had what I wanted in options, gave me the good bad and ugly - told me what dealership other used vehicles originally came from, and the history of the SUV/van. Not once did I feel even the least bit pressured into one vehicle over another. Overall, I came away feeling perfectly happy with my purchase. Since then, I've taken my Odyssey back for service a few times. Each time it's been nothing but a pleasure. In fact, I always feel 10 times better about my day after leaving the service center. I leave with a smile, my daughter leaves with a smile - their friendliness and courtesy is just downright contagious. The service center offers free wi-fi (and loaner iPads - they even have a couple with kids games), food/beverage, comfortable seating, a nice TV, a little room for the kids to play in complete with some toys (although my daughter prefers the showroom and the new cars). Everyone says hello as they walk by with a smile. They accommodate with loaner vehicles when service will take longer than an oil change. I really just can't say enough about these folks. They're downright awesome and by taking the time to write a good review for them - I hope others in the area will give them a chance. They really are the best of the best. More
