I was originally interested in a car that was not at their physical location. I was reluctant to swap to a completely different model when the sales manager asked if I would change models. No big deal. I took delivery of the used dealer car and it was missing a second key and the owners manuals. Paige found them and gave them to me a week later. The car did not have any gas in it when I took delivery. I had to fill it up when I left the lot. That seemed unusual for a Honda dealership. The car with only 8500 miles had deep smudges and a marker stain in the overhead which their detail department missed when preparing to sale the car. I will have to pay someone detail the car. I’ve owned 10 Hondas, 5 brand new and 5 used and this has been the most unusual experience I’ve ever had with a new car dealer. I thought going used and saving a few thousand would be a decent move but I’m second guessing that choice. Lack of attention to detail is a problem across the board. More
