We are from xx. Louis and were on our way home from visiting my wife's family in Virginia. We drove to Sevierville on Thursday night. The next morning my father-in-law called to tell us there was fluid on the ground where we had parked during our visit. I found Rusty Wallace Honda on maps. We were treated so well by everyone we dealt with during our time there. They got us in quickly and we knew we would have to pay for a diagnostic...but there was no problem with our coolant and there was NO charge. Randy Owens, service advisor, was a great guy!!!!
