I was in the middle of a roadtrip with my son, when I ran over a truck tire and it had ripped the engine shield from the bottom of my car half off. I stopped by Rusty Wallace (as it was only a couple miles a over a truck tire and it had ripped the engine shield from the bottom of my car half off. I stopped by Rusty Wallace (as it was only a couple miles away). When I told them the story, they immediately helped me, took the shield entirely off, didn't ask for payment, just showed me their southern hospitality of prompt courtesy service. I can not thank them enough. They really helped me get back on the road and finish the Roadtrip that my son and I will remember for many years. Thanks again to the entire staff at Rusty Wallace. Me and my wife bought a car from there, the turn signal needed repair and they assured us it would be an easy process and they would fix. They said the salesman would call and get with us on setting up an needed repair and they assured us it would be an easy process and they would fix. They said the salesman would call and get with us on setting up an appointment. We called for 2 weeks and finally got an appointment. Then it took 4 days for them to fix with very little communication through the whole process. xxxx poor service department More

Had to get some maintenance on my 3yr old CRV. Randy in service dept was awesome to talk to. Explained my options if I needed my rotors resurfaced or replaced. Very calm and polite man and def wou Randy in service dept was awesome to talk to. Explained my options if I needed my rotors resurfaced or replaced.
