My car was in for an oil change and to have the headlight looked at because it had moisture in the lens. They told me it was ordered back in November of 2020. They told me the light wouldn't be in until Febr looked at because it had moisture in the lens. They told me it was ordered back in November of 2020. They told me the light wouldn't be in until February of 2021. I told them to give me a call when it comes in. I went home and noticed the light was loose. I thought they just missed putting a clip on. I figure they were changing the light they would fit it then. By 3-13-21 they never called so I stopped in to check the status of the light. Only to find out that they never ordered the light. Then they wanted to look at it again. Rob told me when he looked at it the bracket was broken and he would have to talk to his manager and get back to me on 3-16-21. Rob called me and left me a message stating they could not warranty the light and that it was going to be $2100.00 and some change to replace it. He stated maybe that is why they didn't order it. I stopped in to talk to the service manager and have him look at the light with me. He stated it wasn't going to be under warranty and it was because the bracket was broken. I explained to him it was only loose after I brought it in to have it looked at and I didn't make nothing of it because they would fit it correctly when they installed the new light. He stated they wouldn't have looked at it that close back in November they would have just looked at it when the hood was closed and ordered the part. Nothing adds up on there story! Rob says it may have been broken in November and that's why they didn't order one. That doesn't may sense because they didn't tell me it was broken and they said it was on order. It even says they ordered the light on my service receipt from November. Then when I talked to the service manager on 3-16-21 he said they wouldn't have opened the hood to look at the light they would have just ordered the light because it had moisture in it. I told him what I told Rob that the light wasn't loose until after they looked at it. He told me it wasn't under warranty because the bracket was broken. He stated even if the bracket wasn't broken in November it is now so they are not going to warranty the light now. I believe someone broke the bracket and covered it up by not ordering the part and enough time would go by that I can't prove anything and I would be suck paying to get it fixed. I have bought 5 new cars from 2012 to 2020 from 3 different dealerships. This dealership will never see my business again after this. If I could rate them a zero I would. Hope this helps someone else make the decision not to do business with this dealership. More

Excellent service by Rob and the tech. Repair was fast and fairly priced. I plan to keep my 6 year old RAV 4 for another 6-8 years, so it’s worth it for me to make sure repairs are done correctly. and fairly priced.
