After I left the dealership immediately after the turn right on highway 100 my car shook and lights galore showed up for engine and ! Symbol showed up. I understood faulty spark plug but why was there no proper testing done. When I u turn to go back to dealerships I couldn’t even press on the gas to pass it was so slow to move. I felt that was a bit nerve wracking to experience right after service at the dealership not even 1 1/2 mins out. More

Went in based on a cars. com posting of a used car. Was contacted promptly and an appointment was made to drive and look at the car. After a test drive and discussion about moving forward based upon the advertised price, I was told that because they had done some work to the vehicle prior to our arrival, that the price would actually be $2000 more than advertised ($300 worth of parts and $1700 in labor). The definition of bait and switch. Ultimately, they agreed upon the advertised price but the fact that it was even brought up and discussed blew my mind. I was also surprised to find a $500 service fee that was slipped in there as well. Was it a terrible experience? No. But I’ve consistently had much better experiences at other dealers. More
