Great Customer Service and Price! I have been looking at new vehicles over the last two years from various dealerships with three main items - V6 engine, 4x4 and easy for family member I have been looking at new vehicles over the last two years from various dealerships with three main items - V6 engine, 4x4 and easy for family members to independently get in and out from with the last item being the most challenging. I had a good idea of what I wanted but wasn’t interested in getting pushed for add-ons which I didn’t need that would go beyond my price range. There was a possible vehicle on their website which I thought may give me what I want. I was able to inspect some vehicles with my family without one salesperson infringing on my space which was nice. When one family member attempted to get into a vehicle independently and was unsuccessful, I thought the I may need to consider other options. Lucas Branum then stepped up and explained that the specific type of Jeep Cherokee we were looking at had a higher clearance and that a different model had a lower clearance and might be more suitable. He then showed me the exact vehicle I noticed on the website which got my attention. My family member was able to get into the vehicle and close the door independently which almost sold itself. Lucas then allowed us to test drive it and we were sold. Not much negotiating was necessary since there were good discounts and I was thrilled with the initial price and how Lucas, Ian and Efren treated us. I was able to pick our new Jeep today and am pleased with the overall experience. Thanks. Jim More
