The way I heard Ruby speak to another customer waiting for service or to be checked in not too sure what happened but it just seems rude I don’t agree that that customer shouldn’t of gotten snippy with he for service or to be checked in not too sure what happened but it just seems rude I don’t agree that that customer shouldn’t of gotten snippy with her but I don’t think her attitude towards the gentleman helped the situation all though I was just in the waiting room it was a different experience to hear people getting loud and mouthy in the service department sound like two upset customers and a rude service person not sure how I feel about seeing that happen . I showed up for an oil & filter change service and a multipoint inspection to make sure car was doing well. Kadin, the service advisor greeted me promptly and helped facilitate the service.
