There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling...I told them exactly what I wanted, and that is exactly what I got. I was in an accident a week ago, and was in the market for a new car (new to me). I went back to Royal Moore Pre-Owned, and received the same outstanding service that I received 10 years ago. I called ahead of time and spoke with Brandon English, and told him specifically which car I was driving out to look at. When I got there, he had the car pulled out front and ready for me to test drive. I did the financing pre-approval via the Royal Moore website (so easy!) prior to looking at the car. Once I decided that I wanted to purchase the car, it was all downhill from there. Easy peasy, in and out within a couple of hours (they were VERY busy at the time, likely due to their outstanding service). I drove my pre-owned car home the same day and am so happy with my purchase. I will always refer Royal Moore Pre-Owned to my friends and family, and will go back myself when the need for a new car arises. Thank you again, Brandon! More

Austin listened and found a perfect car that was just right for me, and at a great price. (Everything on the lot was fairly priced). We had checked out the car once, but weren't ready to buy. We went back and the car was taken to the shop (to get a FOB made for it, nothing crazy), so Austin told us he would call when it came back and the minute it was back he called. Austin and everyone else that we spoke too were very kind, and worked hard to get us this great car. Wonderful experience overall. More
Great inventory and friendly service. We have been looking for a great used, low mileage Subaru Legacy and really found the perfect one at Royal Moore. It even had my desired color combo! Brandin English worked really hard for us to get it, and I appreciate his dedication. We drove down from Olympia, WA and I got to enjoy a fun drive home in my new car. I’m terrible with names, but everyone else we worked (like on the paperwork end) with was friendly and helpful too. More

Awful experience with Austin and Jason Short story: They broke our verbal agreement of sale and sold my car to someone else. The sales guy also had to say a dumb childish jab about my low initial offer making him sick to his stomach. No explanations no apology. They didn’t have a care in the world about me as a customer. Long story: I offered a lowish $16,500 for a car listed at $17,800 not expecting to get that price but working my way somewhere in the middle. The sales guy Austin deadpanned a jab about how my offer made him sick to his stomach. I get passed off to Jason who I assume does the deal making, but Austin didn’t introduce me and Jason didn’t explain why they handed us off. We went back and forth on the price respectfully. I didn’t feel good about how far they came down so I told him that we couldn't accept his final offer. We thanked him and we walked out. Nothing bad with Jason in that instance, we just couldn't agree on a price and thats fine. I call back in the evening, speak with Jason and make a last offer I could feel good about of $17,250. He had to talk with the manager so he said he’d call back. Austin calls back at 6:12pm and tells me they will accept my offer and that I can sign the papers in the morning. I agreed. In my mind we agreed that the car was mine to buy. 7:02pm (50 minutes later) I get a call from Austin and all he says to me is that their Mazda affiliate just sold the car... the car they agreed to sell me 50 minutes ago! The car was on Austin and Jason’s lot and not on Mazda's lot so they had to have some control over that situation. Austin didn’t apologize or even explain what happened and how they sold the car I agreed to buy. He couldn’t care less that they just broke our agreement. Next morning I leave a message on Jason’s voice mail asking him to call me back and for an explanation. I told him that I was going to write reviews on the car buying platforms I used to research their car, and that I wanted to give him the opportunity to explain what happened before I wrote those reviews. That was two days ago and I have not received a call. They couldn’t care less that they just broke our agreement and didn’t explain the situation or apologize about their mistake. No one even said it was their mistake. Pretty unbelievable experience. More
