This is the 2nd time in two years, my 2023 Telluride has had a complete failure of the Navigation system following a KIA update flashed on my screen - ending in update failure and loss of all media function had a complete failure of the Navigation system following a KIA update flashed on my screen - ending in update failure and loss of all media functions, cameras, alert sensors and a Terrible Static blast that can’t be turned off WITHOUT stopping and turning motor off and restarting car. Matt Moore, Service Manager, was great both times doing what he could to help resolve the issue in both cases. He is who keeps me loyal to KIA. I DO HOPE, the issue has finally been resolved and I can continue supporting Royal Kia. Thank you Matt. .. and KIA. More
