I was visiting my mother in Vegas with my husband because we had a family emergency. On our way back to Tucson my 2016 Chevy Malibu started making a clunking sound. I knew my vehicle needed some servicing th we had a family emergency. On our way back to Tucson my 2016 Chevy Malibu started making a clunking sound. I knew my vehicle needed some servicing that was due and just was to afraid to keep driving it any longer like that after our trip to mom's. Matt Moore the service manager was kind enough to put me in a loaner and gave me a peace of mind. Jennifer my service advisor was wonderful very professional, and kind as well. She was able to give me information of what my vehicle needed and after a few test drives the technician was able to determine what the clunky noise was. After driving my vehicle yesterday it drives alot smoother and I feel a lot safer. I appreciate all the patience, understanding,and compassion that was given and always is given for me and my husband here at Royal Kia. I would like to thank everyone at Royal Kia for making such a stressful situation turn into me having a peace of mind that things will be ok at the end of it all. It's true they do treat you like FAMILY and that in itself I would like to thank EVERYONE at Royal for a great visit and giving EMPATHY when needed. I LOVE ROYAL!!! My sincere thank you. This is the 2nd time in two years, my 2023 Telluride has had a complete failure of the Navigation system following a KIA update flashed on my screen - ending in update failure and loss of all media function had a complete failure of the Navigation system following a KIA update flashed on my screen - ending in update failure and loss of all media functions, cameras, alert sensors and a Terrible Static blast that can’t be turned off WITHOUT stopping and turning motor off and restarting car. Matt Moore, Service Manager, was great both times doing what he could to help resolve the issue in both cases. He is who keeps me loyal to KIA. I DO HOPE, the issue has finally been resolved and I can continue supporting Royal Kia. Thank you Matt. .. and KIA. More

Absolutely love working with William and Jesus at the Kia store on Speedway/ Columbus in Tucson! They are diligent, honest, and fun to work with. Too bad all salesman can’t be like them! Matt tried to appease me after an unfortunate incident with my vehicle. At first, there was no communication from Royal Kia - I had to keep calling about the situation, then Matt stepped up and offered a with my vehicle. He claimed that he does not represent kia he works for royal. Cant get anything accomplished on the kia recalls. Did not offer me another car just told me to bring my one and only car to him and he wou royal. Cant get anything accomplished on the kia recalls. Did not offer me another car just told me to bring my one and only car to him and he would get around to it sometime between now and the 20th of december 2023. So with this being a kia recall to park my car and not drive it and tell me he cant help me with another car just bring your car here and stay stranded because thats what kias recall is. I dont even know what to say More

I started with the service department. The diagnosis of my broken car was not favorable, and I needed to get another car. Eddie, Carlos, and especially Matt, were very helpful. Without the hype or pressure, he tirelessly and compassionately helped me get into a vehicle that suited my needs and budget.
