Mike Van Eram, very disappointing, provided HORRIBLE customer experience. This man has no level of customer service, fell far below expectations. Mind you, this was BEFORE we took our vehicle in for customer experience. This man has no level of customer service, fell far below expectations. Mind you, this was BEFORE we took our vehicle in for service. Our simple request was for a loaner, being that our brand new GMC took a crap. It took an entire day to get ahold of him and once he called back, throughout the phone interaction he was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue at hand. While still expressing my concerns, after waiting an entire month to get my vehicle in, Mike wanted to reschedule my appointment until they were able to get a loaner. The tone felt rushed and indifferent, and my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. As a returning customer, not once but twice (believe me NEVER AGAIN), it’s frustrating to feel unheard—especially when seeking basic assistance. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is significant room for improvement in communication, attentiveness, and overall customer interaction. -America I More

Made a visit because my engine light came on. My app sent me a message that my battery was dying. Jay said they were extremely busy. I left the car overnight and the next day I emailed the servic My app sent me a message that my battery was dying. Jay said they were extremely busy. I left the car overnight and the next day I emailed the service manager regarding the issue because I didn't know if I needed to get a rent a car. He responded and was extremely professional and kind. He had the service department run a diagnostic to see what was the problem and my car was fixed by the end of the day. More
