I brought my Forester in for an oil change. When I went out to pick up my car, I noticed it was NOT washed. I went back in to the service dept. thinking washing car after a service was disconti When I went out to pick up my car, I noticed it was NOT washed. I went back in to the service dept. thinking washing car after a service was discontinued. They told me they still wash cars after service and took my car to be washed. They returned in less than 15 minutes. I noticed it was totally dry, there was no evidence it was washed. It also looked like it had been driven through a muddy road and sprayed dirt all over the passenger side. Even the Front tire was filthy. I was too upset to go back in to the service dept and left. In the past they always did a nice job washing the car and the car mats. This time the car mats were still dirty when they were done. I hope this is not the new way to do business. More
