I literally left the brand new Forester that I ordered at the showroom and asked for (and got) my deposit back. First off when I got in the back seat of the Forester I noticed the seat was reclined. Segundo insisted that's the position the seat comes in - over and over again, repeating himself, "that's they way they make it" - UNTIL I showed him that it has a strap you can pull so that it's upright. His response "oh I didn't know that" Really? I got constant phone calls from him about other vehicles, LONG VOICE MAILS. I kept telling him not to call until MY vehicle was in. When mine did come in just a few days after ordering it I got the call at 8:05pm and was TOLD I HAD TO go to his office to sign for it right then and there. I won't bore you with the 30 min long battle with him and his boss where they repeatedly demanded that I go to the showroom within the next 48 hrs or they were coming to my house. I was not going to be available until 5/1 - and the car came in on 4/28. That just wasn't good enough for them because they HAD TO make their sales for April and I was holding them up. MY GOD if I'm that important to their business then they should have treated me nicer. What really bothers me is when I tell people I had a bad experience at a Subaru dealer and how rude the salesman was, everyone knows it's Subaru 46 - without even knowing where I live. I am so glad I didn't seal the deal there. I can only imagine how horrible their service dept. must be. DO NOT GO HERE. I am so happy with my Honda CRV, which I purchased just a few days later. More

He spent plenty of time reviewing the many awesome features of my new Crosstrek. He is extremely pleasant, friendly & worried about the consumer, not just selling a vehicle. It has been a month and I still don't have my license plates. I now have to go back for another temporary plate and then when the plates come in, I have to make another trip over for the plates. I work all week and am very busy on weekends. I had to keep calling in order to get my check for the last 3 payments on my prior vehicle and I am still waiting for a referral check for the person who referred me to this dealership. Very poor customer service!!!!! More
I went to the dealership hoping to check out a 2007 Forester XT Sports Edition. Everything looked good on the website so I decided to take it for a test drive. The car was being sold for more than KBB' Forester XT Sports Edition. Everything looked good on the website so I decided to take it for a test drive. The car was being sold for more than KBB's recommended price for a good condition vehicle. Once I saw the car, issues became very apparent. Although I understand that dealers usually sell cars of this age "as is," I will name the major issues that shouldn't allow dealers to even consider selling a vehicle without inspecting/servicing it first. I first asked if the car went through any point/safety inspections, Segundo said no. Once I looked at the car, the windshield was heavily cracked. When I got behind the wheel, the Check Engine Light was on. Segundo denied ever seeing it. I then opened the engine bay and smelled heavy coolant leak.These are already heavy signs of a car not even worth considering selling. After test driving the car, I noticed the brakes did not grip tight. I also inspected the tires and found different tread levels in every tire (using the penny method). Also to note, this car had 170,500 miles on it with lots of paint scratches. After noting all of the above to Segundo, he kept stating the car is sold "as is." I understood it as "buy the car or not, we don't care if it breaks down on you and/or potentially causes an accident." He was also convinced that the car was being sold at a very good price. I immediately told him that this car, with all the issues and its mileage, was only worth half of its price at most. As I started walking away, he tried to offer me another Forester and even a RAV4. After hearing him say "as is" over and over again, I had no trust in anything he was willing to show me. I am not sure what dealer policies are but when trying to sell a used car, if a Check Engine Light comes on, it should NOT be considered for sale unless the issue has been resolved. More

Dealer appearance was outstanding /went out of there way to work with us / knowledgeable of there sales . Picking up of our vehicle was excellent experience ,it's was clean and fuel ,going over the feature to work with us / knowledgeable of there sales . I have already recommended Victor to so many of my friends, he was just so helpful and someone I felt I could trust right from the start. Even though I didn't challenge his sales ability to the max it friends, he was just so helpful and someone I felt I could trust right from the start. Even though I didn't challenge his sales ability to the max it was a very pleasant experience. I look forward to challenging him to the fullest when I purchase my next Subaru. Maura was equally very pleasant and helpful. I purchased a used car and the few times I needed to bring it in for service, the service dept. was awesome, very professional and pleasant, especially the person who greets you as soon as you arrive for service. Coffee is great too! More
