My daughter and wife went in for the first oil change today. They left the oil cap off and the gasoline fumes inside that were coming out of AC were so awful when they left that they only went two miles today. They left the oil cap off and the gasoline fumes inside that were coming out of AC were so awful when they left that they only went two miles and turned around. They returned and when he opened the hood the cap was completely off and resting a few inches away. This could have ruined the car. It only has 8837 miles on it. My wife’s and daughters chest inside were burning from inhaling the fumes. They did apologize and I realize mistakes happen however we really feel in this case they should have at least covered the price of the oil change. This was carelessness and shouldn’t have happened. We were very disappointed. More
