I was truly stupid to buy from here: they got me at $7,000 above MSRP for a base level Crosstrek Limited *2022* trim at a 6.9% loan. I've since found out that Subaru is A.) offering 2.9% financing to n $7,000 above MSRP for a base level Crosstrek Limited *2022* trim at a 6.9% loan. I've since found out that Subaru is A.) offering 2.9% financing to new Crosstrek owners, and B.) PLENTY of people I've since chatted with are getting their new *2023* Crosstreks at MRSP, maybe slightly above. Don't believe the hype they'll try to sell you on: cars aren't that limited, 2023s ARE available, and yes they threw in some "extras" to try to make the dealer markup worth it -- "because every dealer is doing this" -- but on researching the cost of the extras they threw in, they were definitely not worth $7,000. Going to refinance and try to put this behind me as best I can. They also got me because instead of talking about total price of the car, they got me focused on the amount I'd be paying per month -- apparently this is a common sales tactic. They're very friendly, you gotta look under the surface. More
