So this is my third Subaru (Legacy) lease - the previous two leases were from other dealers, but as no one from there ever contacted me about my contr So this is my third Subaru (Legacy) lease - the previous two leases were from other dealers, but as no one from there ever contacted me about my contract being up, I thought I'd take my business elsewhere. I'm kind of a fussy guy and do all my model and pricing research and homework - so when I go to shop, I'm well informed and ready to go! From a Sales standpoint, my salesperson (Caitlin), was very pleasant and helpful. I was deciding between the 6-cylinder and 4-cylinder and she let me drive them both back-to-back several times. When I came down to my final decision and wanted to take the 4-cylinder out for a longer ride, there was no problem, and with each visit, Caitlin was helpful and prepared for me! From the pricing standpoint, I pretty much knew the ballpark for the monthly lease price, and Jack, the Sales Manager was quite courteous and easy to deal with. Obviously we had a difference in pricing, but after our initial negotiation, Jack called me back with what I thought was a fair offer price, which I accepted. The car was not available locally, since it was a new 2017, and was factory ordered. The car arrived sooner than expected and all paperwork was easily signed. I have nothing but nice things to say about the entire experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. This dealership is further away than others in my area, but worth the ride. More

BEWARE OF TELEMARKETING SCHEMES !!!! I was in the Market for a new Subaru Legacy, and ended up receiving a call from the Subaru 46 Telemarketer Jack Tunimaro, who "lured" me in by assurin I was in the Market for a new Subaru Legacy, and ended up receiving a call from the Subaru 46 Telemarketer Jack Tunimaro, who "lured" me in by assuring me they would meet exactly what I was looking for. At the time I had already been in advanced negotiations with another dealer. Jack not only guaranteed me they had the exact same vehicle in stock (which was a lie), but that he would give me what I was looking for on my trade and my payments would be what I wanted. He claimed to be a manager, which I see in his business card - shame if that is the tactics he teaches his telemarketers- so I picked up and went. To my surprise, when I got there, he introduced me to a strangely arrogant sales lady, whom along her sales manager Bernard, told me none of what Jack had GUARANTEED was true. In other words, He did his job "reeling" me in, and hoped to have the sales people work on to sell me a car. This was very disconcerting, and after almost an hour of time wasted and a hundred excuses why my trade wasn't worth what they promised , and Not being able to meet the payment the other dealer had already approved, and worst of all NOT EVEN HAVING THE VEHICLE IN STOCK, as promised, I went back to Paul Miller and now am a proud owner of a brand new Legacy. I see a lot of favorable reviews here, but beware as I am sure that a lot of people also go through the same ordeal I did. Beware. This was a clear "snake oil" sales pitch over the phone. Also ask about their fees, you may be surprised by how high they are. I will definitely not recommend Subaru 46 to any of my friends. More

Quick and Easy, Simply the Best! I couldn't be more satisfied. I have purchased MANY vehicles and this was by far the easiest experience I ever had. I was looking for a new Subaru on Truecar.com and naturally was contracted by many, many dealers (even brands I wasn't even looking for!) The Internet Manager, Jack Tuminaro, contacted me right away and actually provided me with a hassle free quote while all other local dealers just wanted me to come in to get a quote (This day and age that is shocking to me). I came in, was greeted by Jack right away, test drove an Outback with Joe Reynolds who was very knowledgeable about the product, and in an out in under an hour and half in my new Outback! Nicollete did my financing (I cannot rave enough about her!) in a no pressure, very easy, very pleasant wrap up to my purchase. She explained all the benefits of lease vs. finance as well as OFFERED (not PUSHED) products Subaru 46 offered. Overall I made sure to get plenty of business cards from Joe, Jack, and Nicolette as I will be referring everyone in my neighborhood to Subaru 46. Plus, with free oil changes for life how could I even go wrong! Thank you to EVERYONE! More
