Great Service! The service I got done on my car at Subaru 46 was fast, and done well. I was a little confused with all that needed to be done so she introduced me to the manager, Ken Goss. He was able to explain in detail what needed to be done and why. I was very very pleased with the service and time that the staff at Subaru 46 took with me during their busy day. I would come back and recommend this company to friends. More
too many repairs Ken Goss, the manager, is not helpful at all. My car had a recall in October for an oil burning problem which ended with having to get a new engine wh Ken Goss, the manager, is not helpful at all. My car had a recall in October for an oil burning problem which ended with having to get a new engine which caused spark plugs to go bad two times and now the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. This all has happened within 3 months, so I am constantly at the dealer for repairs. I called Mr. Goss today for help in filing a claim for me since I was on hold with headquarters for 10 minutes but he refused. Actually while I was telling him about the many issues, he continued to talk while I was talking and then started to argue. I need results not an argument. He was very rude. He also tried to relate this issue with my profession????? What does my profession have to do with car problems?? He handed the phone over to Mike, the service man, to pass along this issue because he is not man enough to handle, I simply asked Mr. Goss to help file a claim on this car since I bought it from this dealership and it would be good customer service to continue to help a returning customer, especially after I recommended others to this dealership which of course, I can no longer do business with tis dealership after being treated this way. This is my second Subaru I bought from this dealership which you would think would be appreciated. However, Mr. Goss does not have customer appreciation days to satisfy loyal customers especially since this all started as a RECALL., More

She was very thorough and even had a tech test drove with me where he knew there was some snow so he could show me what he was explaining. A great experience and really put my mind at ease. I wouldn't think of taking my car any where else. More
New '17 Impreza Got an excellent lease on a 2017 Impreza! Anthony Natale helped me find the model I wanted and it happened to be on the showroom floor. He and Nicolet Got an excellent lease on a 2017 Impreza! Anthony Natale helped me find the model I wanted and it happened to be on the showroom floor. He and Nicolette Natale made the paperwork go by like a breeze and I got a very affordable payment! I did have some minor issues, which come with brand new models with new technology, but thanks to the guys and gal in service and parts I got them fixed in no time! I would also like to thank salesman Joe Reynolds for setting up my Starlink account. We did not feel pressured by him, which is a big assent since I've been pressured by other car sales persons in the past and never liked it. He even let us take a lunch break without pursuing us to commit. I really appreciated that. He patiently answered our many questions and explored different pricing options with us. The model I initially chose was bought by another customer but I decided to purchase a different model from the dealership because Joe represented it ably and professionally. More

No need to haggle or negotiate back and forth. I would highly recommend Iryna and Subaru 46 to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
