Car I test drove was on lot for 2 weeks and filled with garbage and nonworking DVD system with ear phones filled with battery acid. However, spent hour sitting on waiting for value of my trade in and haggling it's worth (tried to offer a 1/3 of its worth.) I needed to go (Babysitter)and offered to put down deposit and come back tomorrow. The manager came out and tried to bully me into staying and finish the paperwork. "We don't do deposits." However, I overhead that same manager tried to force someone else to leave a deposit. They held my keys and credit card hostage and I had to get in his face to get them back so I could leave. Avoid these scum bags! More

He spent a lot of time with us, gave us options when we thought we had none, and was patient with our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured or hurried. We liked him immediately and found that because of his approachable and kind demeanor, we trusted him. We were unable to buy a brand new Corolla, so we bought a used 2010. Gary listened to the things we were concerned about and when we took delivery,the car looked like and ran like a brand new one! Mr. Lanczycki did the finance part. I know he worked very hard to get us our financing and we truly appreciate everything he did. It was a so nice of him to come out to the parking lot to congratulate us when we picked up the car. We bought a new Yaris at Route 44 in 2008. Our experience was good then, and that is why we came back to Route 44 Toyota when we decided to upgrade to a Corolla. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Route 44 for everything. I love the Corolla! :-) and my Calendar! More
Bought a new Sienna in 2008. Needed a drive train warranty replacement. Car had to be in shop over the course of several hours and the dealer wouldn't provide a replacement vechile unless I paid $35. warranty replacement. Very poor service as I paid over $25K to purchase the Sienna and it only has 21K miles. More
Called in the morning to make sure the vehicle was still available and was assured it was. Drove 1hour there and after my trade in was evaluated they said the other vehicle was sold last night. It was quite a surprise to have go buy a vehicle and feel like family! All in all i pretty much knew what I wanted and Ron my salesperson made it a breeze from there. I went in and was greeted by a very friendly salesman named David Pena. He was so pleasant to work with. He was kind enough to find the car that I asked for while I relaxed in the showroom and enjoyed th named David Pena. He was so pleasant to work with. He even washed it down real quick (invade I was allergic to dust or pollen!!). After the test drive we worked out the payment and it was the easiest and most pleasent car purchase I have ever made! The finance manager (Jim) was very nice too and got me a great deal on an extended warranty too! Over all I had an A++ experience there. When I picked my car up David brought me to their service department and we even set up my first appointment for my oil change! I would very much recommend someone there for a car any day. And I would say go see David you'll be very impressed More

I found Joel DiLillo to be very helpful and he exceeded my husband & I's expectations of what a typical car salesman is usually like. There was never any pressure, he gave us all our options up front,& wh my husband & I's expectations of what a typical car salesman is usually like. There was never any pressure, he gave us all our options up front,& when we did end up leasing a new Rav4, he was great about showing me around & introducing me to all the workers there & set up my next appointment for an oil change. We didn't even think we would be able to lease a new vehicle, but joel made it happen. We are so happy wth the exceptional service we recieved and we love our new Rav4!!! More
Received a phone call today stating they were cancelling my appointment to have an accessory put on, which is a long story in itself. Said he would correct situation.....which was fine with me....WRONG... Keep our check to HIM for the product. Customer service stepped in offered to fix the problem. Appointment made. Happy at that point although this was our 5th visit to the dealership. Then the phone call to cancel...told they no longer wanted to do business with us due to a survey that was filled out by myself.. apparently not all excellent....so much for taking criticism and working on it. More
