I purchased a new Prius from this dealership last month. My sales person, Ken Weingard was GREAT - extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and professional. I was treated with respect and honesty which I have never experienced at any other local dealership. Kudos, too, to the finance department, where I was provided with prompt, professional service. This makes 3 cars I have purchased from this dealership over the years and you can bet that I will send all my friends to Route 44 Toyota! More

My Son was looking for a used car or truck..Ken was very nice to us spoke to my son and showed him a car that he really liked..my son decited to purchase this car,this was on friday night and we were told h nice to us spoke to my son and showed him a car that he really liked..my son decited to purchase this car,this was on friday night and we were told he could pick it up on monday..On monday we were told the title was not in so we could not pick up the car at this time..ken was wonderful,he kept in touch with us and provided us with a rental car..which I thought was very nice of him to do..we finally got the car.it was registered full tank of gas and ready to go,my son even got a voucher for the service dept for his inconvience..Everyone was very nice and friendly..we would go back again and would refer this dealership AND Ken Weingard ..Thanks again Ken for everything. I received calls from them in regards to this situation an they have very nicely resolved all issues an did take the time to explain how an w toyota. I have had a few credit problems in the past two years and needed a new car to save on gas. Friends of ours that had lost there jobs with us a few years ago told us that 44 would help us get our credit ba and needed a new car to save on gas. Brad took the time to slow the whole process down so that we understood everything. Never did he fast talk us or try to put us in a car that we didn't want like the dealer near our house that was rude becase we didn't have perfect credit. The finace director Jason work really hard with the bank to get us a great rate and low payment. It took a few days and we had to sign all new paperwork but Jason was able to get us a lower rate and payment than we first thought. They are a great bunch of guys that we will always buy our cars from even though it is an hour from our home. More

Let me preface this review with the two facts; i, like most, can't stand salesmen and i've never gone through the trouble of leaving a review on line. However, after my experience at Rt.44 Toyota it is only fair I take a few minutes out of my day. I leased a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The salesman was Tony Francisco. I don't know if my experience could have been any better. I began my day with the desire to buy a Honda Odessy at Silko Honda, however I was disgusted and insulted with the way they treated me. I drove directly to Rt. 44 Toyota and was under agreement an hour later. I explained to Tony Francisco that I understood everyone has to make money, but I was not going to be taken advantage of. I was aware of the value of my trade in and was understanding to the "wiggle room" with the sticker price. Long story short, I was offered 12,000 for my trade (Silko Honda offered me 7,000 15 minutes earlier) and Tony was "fair" with the sticker price. I would stongly recommoned Tony Francisco and Rt. 44 Toyota for a new purchase/lease. Again, I only dealt with Tony, and he never made me feel as though he was trying to rip me off. If i met him on the street, i would never suspect a "salesman". More

This is the WORST service experience that I ever had!!!! I bought my car at their place and I had to go back for repairs many times during 1 year!!! These people are shady and there are MUCH more reputable dealers out there. Went in to purchase used 2010 Venza that I had seen online. They played lots of games during the negotiation process - write your SS# in this notebook, need your credit card so we know you are serious, etc. 15 minutes before we had to leave, we agreed upon a price. We stayed another 30 minutes hoping to wrap it up, but it got too late. I had an appointment and had to leave. Told them I would be back after my appointment - I live 45 minutes away from the dealer. I even called Amanda to confirm a time I would be back. I arrived back, as promised, and was told they "threw my paperwork away" because they did not think I would be coming back. Seemed strange, but OK. So I filled paperwork out again and proceeded to be left sitting at a table for 45 minutes. Finally, Amanda and her manager walked over and told me the car I wanted was sold OVER THE PHONE right after I left, but they would give me an older model for more money. I don't believe that story for one minute, but even if true, they should have had the decency to call me or let me know the minute I walked in. Their attitude about the whole situation was appalling! On my way home, another salesperson called me, claiming to be the one who sold the car on the phone and now wants to put me in a new model - FOR MORE MONEY! I was shocked that they would treat a customer like this, but after reading the other reviews, it appears it is par for the course for this dealer. Stay away from this dealer. There are other dealers out there with better pricing who are more reputable to deal with. More

Went to Rt 44 to have new rotors and other repairs done. Paul gave me the best price i could find anywhere for all my work. Everyone was very friendly. Car I test drove was on lot for 2 weeks and filled with garbage and nonworking DVD system with ear phones filled with battery acid. However, spent hour sitting on waiting for value of my trade in and haggling it's worth (tried to offer a 1/3 of its worth.) I needed to go (Babysitter)and offered to put down deposit and come back tomorrow. The manager came out and tried to bully me into staying and finish the paperwork. "We don't do deposits." However, I overhead that same manager tried to force someone else to leave a deposit. They held my keys and credit card hostage and I had to get in his face to get them back so I could leave. Avoid these scum bags! More

I cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for all their hard work and their sincere professionalism. Mr. Doucette was kind, knowledgeable, non-judgmental and genuinely compassionate. He spent a lot of time with us, gave us options when we thought we had none, and was patient with our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured or hurried. We liked him immediately and found that because of his approachable and kind demeanor, we trusted him. We were unable to buy a brand new Corolla, so we bought a used 2010. Gary listened to the things we were concerned about and when we took delivery,the car looked like and ran like a brand new one! Mr. Lanczycki did the finance part. I know he worked very hard to get us our financing and we truly appreciate everything he did. It was a so nice of him to come out to the parking lot to congratulate us when we picked up the car. We bought a new Yaris at Route 44 in 2008. Our experience was good then, and that is why we came back to Route 44 Toyota when we decided to upgrade to a Corolla. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Route 44 for everything. I love the Corolla! :-) and my Calendar! More
