Yesterday I was assisted by Joel Dilillo and Gary Doucette. It was a pleasure doing business with them. At no point in the process of purchasing my new Camry did I feel pressured or rushed. I honestly do not think I could have asked for any better service than the service I received. They seemed to be very concerned about my needs and wants when it came to purchasing the vehicle and really cared about my satisfaction. They made sure I understood everything and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the vehicle I chose and the decision I was making. I feel like if I need anything or have any questions they would be right there to assist me however they can. We had a wonderful experience! Paul Benton is very knowledgeable. We leased a new Rav 4 XLE for less money than the "best" deal our prior dealership offered to us. Joel DiLilo made the paperwork process quick and he gave us information regarding our lease and options that had not been provided from our prior dealership. We've found a new Toyota dealership and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. More

The process was quick and pain free and I feel like I got a fair trade as well as great price for my new vehicle. The day I picked up the car it was ready and I was transitioned into the finance department to handle the paperwork. Joel DiLillo was also exceptional and explained all the paperwork I was filling out. The finance process was quick and easy. Once the paperwork was completed Paul went over everything in the vehicle to make sure I was driving off in a vehicle that I was comfortable in. Excellent customer service! I the customer was treated like I was the only person that existed in his eyes. Sean stayed 3 hours after the dealership closed on a Sunday Just to show me the Rav 4 that I was like I was the only person that existed in his eyes. He was very patience with me and told me not to worry about the time, by now it was already around 730pm. By the time he finished showing me the car and all it's features I was sold.It was because of him and the time and care he took with me that made me want to buy a car from him.I am very happy and will tell all my friends and family to go see Sean when they are ready to purchase a vehicle .
