I was looking into another dealership and came close to purchasing my vehicle there- I am very glad it did not work out that way. Our first interaction was with one of the mgr's, Rick. He was friendly and professional and handed us over to his well qualified, but new employee, Dave. Dave, from what we learned is new to the dealership, but you would not know it. He handled our transaction smoothly and with a very friendly, professional manner- he was easy to talk to and very kind- he is also very knowledgeable about the cars. I am happy to be one of his first few customers- he will do well! After finalizing things with Dave, we were introduced to your finance mgr, Joel. Joel is awesome- there's no better word than that! He is professional yet funny, very funny and makes you feel right at home. We loved our short time with him- he was a great way to wrap up a great experience. We got an excellent price and he explained the financial aspects perfectly. You have a great staff! I will be sure to highly recommend your dealership to anyone and everyone I can. Thank you!! More

I came to Toyota, AB introduced himself and was a wonderful salesman. He showed me some cars, I started off wanting the Camry, but to help my situation for the best, he showed me the corolla. I wanted to make a quick deal since I wanted to purchase my third Prius. Ray Williams was great, knowledgable and has a great personality. As a 22 year old that just finished her first year out of college, I was looking to make my first “grown up” purchase I thought the customer service was phenomenal. There is a horrible stigma of car salesman, so I walked in with my guard up. Truth be told, there are no reason for this. I was welcomed very nicely by John C, and he allowed me to test drive a new Toyota Corolla, and after I returned he asked if I’d like to go over pricing and financial options. The options actually fit my entry level job income, so a decided to make a purchase. Then I further discussed my finances with Joel who was an absolute delight, I think he could tell I was nervous but excited so he made the conversations very fun and relatable. (He is hilarious!) And all during my experience I met Tony who was more than happy to help with whatever I needed, was a pleasure and, I was addressed by my first name, as if I was a friend by all the employees. With all of that being said, I am glad that I was able to share my first “grownup” experience with route 44 Toyota. More

Today is Wednesday. (Important to understand why I've rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I ca rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I called Rte 44 Toyota/Scion on Sunday and was transferred to Bobby L. He ran my numbers and even came to get me in the car I wanted, a 09 Honda Civic Coupe! I was thrilled. I met with Joe F and we discussed payments. Only thing left was to be approved, next morning I was but now I needed a down payment. They had accidentally switched another customer and I up. I was furious and called it off. They tried to save it, but Larry intervened to keep everything professional and in the best interest of the company. I appreciated the honesty. I scoured up the down payment, came in and finished the deal. Paul B saw me and a friend waiting and got on the ball. Joel D made the signing understandable and relaxing. I couldn't believe how easy it got. They even got me everything I wanted for a better APR! I drove the car home extremely happy tonight, thanks to Tony R going the extra mile and helping me out (he had heard of the week so far,) I wasn't even his client. Although there were some mistakes that frustrated me, they did work very hard to get me a car as soon as possible for the best deal I could get. The team effort was impressive. I'd recommend this dealership for anyone, the hard work is outstanding. When it's time to trade in, I'm going back to Route 44. More
