Third Ford Explorer I’ll comment about Rt 23 Ford in Butler. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them in the past. My last was a 2015 Explorer. Before that was 2010 Explorer I’ll comment about Rt 23 Ford in Butler. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them in the past. My last was a 2015 Explorer. Before that was 2010 Explorer Sport Track. I usually don’t keep my vehicles more than two or three years. Obviously I am a big fan of Rt 23 to come back for a third time. When I traded in the 2015 Explorer I bought a cadilac 2017 Cadilac XT5 which I put on 40k in two years. I felt that I should turn it in so that it doesn’t depreciate anymore. Went to look at the Ranger and was immediately turned off for many reasons. I saw a 2019 Explorer XLT with the Desert Copper and loved it. Joe Hanson (The Man) was my salesperson and he sat in a desk where the past salesperson sat when I bought the last two vehicles. Yankees stuff everywhere. Traded in the caddy and we got stuck on a few minor issues. That’s when Richie Garcia showed up on the scene. A fast talking expert (No Joke) who wanted to assist in our stalemate. Numbers, computer skills, initiative, passion for his job is an understatement. I simply mentioned something on the Explorer that I wanted changed and he immediately took to the computer trying to solve my minor issue. At the end of our negotiation I abruptly asked for something and he so quickly accommodated me I felt it was more of a nice gesture for me than an attempt to secure the deal. Both real nice guys. Stood in the rain and he set up my I phone to help me out with Sync. Just a true passion to yes (TalkFast) and take care of his customers in which they both did. Overall my third Explorer from Rt 23 Ford. I got so many rebates I was giddy when I looked at the invoice. I honestly would not consider buying a vehicle from a different place than Rt 23 Ford. Best Dealership experience I have ever had! I searched and searched for a used car that I wanted and found it here. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and drove up that evening after s I searched and searched for a used car that I wanted and found it here. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and drove up that evening after speaking with them via online chat. Met with Jason and James and within 10 minutes had a deal! Went there the following morning to pick up the vehicle and speak to their finance people...again... a five minute conversation. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes over a two day period. Unheard of in this business. I am 67 years old and I can undoubtedly say that this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a car. In contrast, before visiting Route 23 Automall I visited a Nissan Dealership on Route 22. I wanted to make sure I was comfortable in a Nissan Rogue. The sales people were completely not attentive at all and pretty much being rude. I told them, what I was looking for and they told me they would call me the following morning. I am still waiting for that call....bad for them and good for me...and then I found Route 23 Automall! I recommended them to a good friend of mine who was also looking to purchase and took a ride with him to visit again. His experience went just as well. While I was there i watched the other salespeople and how they handle themselves with their walk-ins and everyone was extremely professional. One last point....After a week I had a small leak in the moonroof of the car and they told me to bring it back and they would either fix it or replace the moonroof at no charge. It turned out to be a simple fix and their service department was great as well! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great friendly service and atmosphere! More

Rather than their first concern being to fix the situation, Solomon Faizi, the General Manager, accused me of threatening and character assassination with the review I wrote, and that evidently I was going to be a major headache and problem for them and that they weren't going to spend one dime on fixing anything and that they were ready to refund my money and for me to go buy a car from somewhere else. He said he didn't need a customer like me. Can you believe this? He then flipped and said why don't I bring the car in to see what they could do for me and that if we didn't reach an agreement, they would refund everything. And then he flipped back to nasty mode and went off on me yet again, belittling me and the money I put down on the car, when I told him it may not be much money for him, but it was all my savings, before I asked him if he was done and I ended the call. Never in my life have I witnessed a supposed professional speaking this way. I hope you get fired! BEWARE! I purchased a used vehicle with a 30 day dealer warranty from this delaership just last week and my salesman was Andreas England. After a couple days, I noticed there was an oil leak on my garage floor. The red flags went off! I hired a private inspection comapny and had the car fully inspected. They confirmed there was an oil leak, as well as a leaking exhaust, and dirty transmission fluid. When I purchased the car, I was told everything was checked and the car had no problems and would in fact pass state inspection. Evidently, they lied to me. Not only that, but the car had sustained damage to the rear, and had been entirely repainted, which is not on the carfax, nor was this disclosed. A leaking exhaust is NOT going to pass state emissions inspection. A leaking exhaust can leak carbon monoxide into the cabin. Carbon monoxide can kill. I contacted the salesman, Andreas, as well as emailed the sales manager. Andreas was quick to ask me if I can bring in the car immediately the following morning, to which I accepted, but when I asked if it was to address all three of the issues, he said he would find out and call me in the morning. It's now the evening and not only did Andreas never call me all day, but despite sending a second email to create a paper trail of what has transpired so far, and included the sales manager again, I haven't heard back from anyone. That is unacceptable and basically translates to me as F U. I'm not going to sit back and take any of this lightly. To sell a vehicle without disclosing the existing problems is FRAUD! I will be seeking legal counsel as the state of NJ has some very strict laws in place to protect consumers against dealerships. You made a HUGE mistake ignoring me. More

My husband and I went there three times when our car leases were ending and we were shopping around. The first time there, we asked about a Fiesta hatchback. The salesperson said it didn't come in a hatchback. ??? I had just looked at a Consumer Reports, and KNEW that it came in a hatchback. The guy denied it, and tried to sell me a used Nissan! We left. A few years later, we went there after seeing an ad for the Fusion. The salesperson said, "That ad is bull****. ALL car ads are bull****!" Again, we left. Fast forward about 7 years later. We give them one more try. The salesman comes out with no smile, no handshake, no introduction, and wearing a baseball cap. Dressed sloppy. We ask to see the base model Escape, which the Ford website says starts at a little over $24K. He shows us one for over $28K. We say, "Doesn't the base model start at $24K?" He says "NO." Period. We ask, "What features does this come with?" He says, "Air conditioning. Power door locks." Period. Huh?? He didn't even try to speak about the car, or ask us what we were looking for. So for the third and final time, we walked out. Three strikes, you're out. We will never go there again. Unprofessional, and they don't even know their own vehicles. More

The discussion was easy, NO pressure and NO gimmicks. Mr. Faizi was completely professional, trustworthy, and honest. Within a few minutes I knew that I was being treated honestly. Everything in the transaction was quite easy. Every employee I met and spoke with was polite and congenial, but I do not know their names. Needless to say, I decided right away to buy the car!
