I returned for an oil change and found the service dept. was professional and courteous. I was so impressed with the non pressure sales and and courteous staff I have since referred two friends to 23 auto mall. As a woman shopping alone for a car and feeling anxious I can say that dissipated and became comfortable with the process. I would give them more than a 5 star rating. More

Exceptional I stopped in this location several months ago and purchased a new van. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. What a tremendous staff. At first, I thought he was doing the old "bait and switch," but if he did, the numbers are very close to what was advertised. Fernando made three promises to me for upgrades and fixes. I was sure it was just talk, (and boy can that man talk!)Two weeks after, purchase he kept all three promises. I love my car - 2017 Ford Escape S with after factory heated seats. I'll be back! More
