Very bad experience Service with Raul. I came under warranty. There were three technical problems with the machine. Raul met me. Not very friendly. My English is not very good to explain technical problems. We invited Roman, he is a mechanic in this service. The problem with the steering, when you turn in different directions, it makes a noise from under the hood. Automatic transmission. I also wanted to check the pressure. And the third problem is the noise from under the left wheel (otherwise it seems so). Left the car. Raul Calls to me and says that the problems are only because of the bad wheels. Want to replace? I said no, I will come now and we will check the car together. I was able to arrive only after 4 hours, as it was the case. I was met by Raul and he says, over there the Cashier, go pay $ 125. We did not find any problems. I asked for a specialist who tested my car. I asked Roman to accompany me. We sat together in the car, and with all the service staff, showed where the problems were. They were convinced that there really are noise from the steering control. They came up to Raul, and he told me that I could go and not pay anything. And the fact that they call me and something to replace. I was shocked by all this. I would really like to be fired from his job. He does not deserve to be a service worker. I answered him that I did not need to call. And he said that you have a very bad service. I just spend a lot of time. More

Outstanding customer service. This 2017 Toyota Sienna is my 3rd vehicle acquired from Route 22 Toyota.. On the first 2 vehicles I avoided this dealership’s service department like This 2017 Toyota Sienna is my 3rd vehicle acquired from Route 22 Toyota.. On the first 2 vehicles I avoided this dealership’s service department like a plague. Just horrible service and dubious characters. I cannot forget being charged for $ 99.00 for a tire rotation on my 2006 Sienna. With this 2017 Sienna I have received outstanding service . Just awesome experiences. More
