Great Service, best dealership I dropped off my car for maintenance. Even I was late to my Appointment due to weather condition. Steve waited for me. #1 at scamming people December 2017 My family has had problems with this specific dealer all the time. My husband bought a 2015 toyota camry, everything was fine, they tol December 2017 My family has had problems with this specific dealer all the time. My husband bought a 2015 toyota camry, everything was fine, they told him he would get 0%APR for his good credit score. He closed the deal, when we went back for financial services they told him they can't give him the 0%APR because he only had a work permit (Luis) the sales person had told him that he didn't need it. My husband ended up getting the car with a 3.0%APR... Anyway after he got the car, everytime he would go to service for an oil change he would have a problem, from rude and poor customer service to them changing pieces thay they weren't supposed to change in the car and scratching the car and on top of that charging him for it. The good thing is that there was a witness but otherwise he would of had to pay for the scratch and the piece that they broke and changed by mistake. Even the manager from service was very rude to my husband accusing him of lying. Every service always had horrible customer service. I am very happy now with a HONDA PILOT we got at Planet Honda. Thank God to not deal with toyota. My mom and stepdad got a 2015 RAV-4 as a lease, on 2017 they decided to change the vehicle to a 2017 RAV-4 on August. It is December and my mom got a letter from COLLECTIONS!! Saying she owns Toyota $10,000 she went to Toyota (route 22) to see what was the issue. LUIS says he doesn't know why they are charging her that. After us figuring out and realizing that when my mom changed her vehicle (the leased one) Luis did not send the full payment of the termination of the lease. The balance of the previous car was $7146.25 and toyota sent a payment of $5111.18 leaving a balance of $2460.96 Which was the dealership's responsibility to pay. This affected my mom's credit and they are not finding any solution to this. This is by far the most horrible dealership, they don't care about their customers. They are just money hungry, they will sell you with lies and after the seal a deal they will treat you horribly! I want to make sure people read this because it is incredibly irresponsible for toyota to even mess with people's credit. THIEFS! 05/19/18 Update: I wrote this review on December of 2017 with them promising they would fix this. They pretty much called us very upset, threatening us to remove the review because otherwise they would not fix the problem. We took down the review but we never got the issue fixed after I spoke to them they told me they would only be able to pay half of what they were billing my mom and that they would fix the credit issue which never happened. Save yourselves so much stress from this dealer. Another update: March 12, 2019. After numerous attempts of fixing my mom's credit situation due to Toyota's and Luis Pino mistakes. We got in contact with Howard Newman which he's some kind of HR worker. Not only has he shown to have a horrible attitude but he is very careless. I have attempted to speak to him numerous times in which the few successful times he says he does not recall our problem He says that he will return my call when he has further information but in the meantime we got a letter getting SUED for the debt of the 2000+ amount supposedly owed by us We are not planning on speaking to any representative from Toyota anymore. Needless to say we attempted to take legal action, but it was a difficult case to find a lawyer and she ended up having to pay in payment plans, ruined her credit and gave us a lot of trouble. But this is very important because I don't want other people getting scammed and robbed by Route 22 Toyota More

I didn't know they opened a credit card in my name and used that so now I have to pay card 100.00 plus a car note that was way above my budget.. i agreed with that but i would have never agreed on the credit card thing NEVER.. I'm pist now I'm in deeper debt.. then they had to give me a loaner car for 3 weeks cuz my plates didn't come. After giving me 2 temps. My key stopped working and oil and filter light came on after a week... when I came to purchase guy run to me saying hello in Arabic being nice .. but after I came upset for those problems.. they took my car for service after sitting for 2 hours waiting nobody keeping me posted I walked up to him and a group of guys was talking (not about work) he see me and didn't acknowledge me.. after they finished another guy ask if he can help me.. I said I need to see him .. he knew what I needed so he just replied.. didn't walk over to me and said aid.. they working on the car and turned around.. as if I was getting on his nerves.. I'm really upset.. bernard was kind and helpful he was knew so I don't fault him he was doing what his manager said... one star for friendliness after purchase Because I didn't even get a hello after.. before very friendly More
