Very pleasant. I had some issues with credit but they helped me to get a great car for a payment I could afford. I did oil and oil filter change on Oct 11, 2011. My car Camry 2010 XLE use synthetic oil 00W20. It lasts for 10K miles according to Toyota manual. However, I got a sticker on my windshield for 5K which com Camry 2010 XLE use synthetic oil 00W20. It lasts for 10K miles according to Toyota manual. However, I got a sticker on my windshield for 5K which comes with conventional oil. Now I am confused what type of oil they put in my car. Also, technician decreased tire pressure in all my tires to 30 PSI though label on the driver side says that it should be 34 PSI. I've seen it myself and had to adjust tire pressure after that when my car was cold. Make sure that they don't do this to your car. People in the service dept were friendly and polite with me and I didn't find any oil spills on the engine or in a cabin. More

Do not go to this place. They put fake price/ad in the internet. They also have a lot of hiding fee. Don,t trust any word from them. Especially, they ask you to finance through dealer and cheat you fur internet. They also have a lot of hiding fee. Don,t trust any word from them. Buyers beware. The people we dealt with at this dealership are VERY dishonest and sneaky. We purchased what was supposed to be a new RAV4. We took it home & inspected it the next morning & found dealership are VERY dishonest and sneaky. We purchased what was supposed to be a new RAV4. We took it home & inspected it the next morning & found a dented area on the left side of the car above the rear wheel that was rusted due to peeled paint. We immediately returned the car & told them we wanted a new car without any defects....that's what you'd think you'd be getting when you go to purchase a NEW car. They refused to provide us with a different car for the same price....basically because when they made us that deal on the defected car, they gave us a good price knowing that it was defected but hoping that we wouldn't notice. They took the car back but refused to provide an exact new replacement and, instead, wanted us to take a RAV4 with fewer options for a ridiculous price. Sorry, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere. More
